Fellow Texans,

Since 2015 I have served on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and respectfully ask for your support now in the election for Chief Justice on the 4th Court of Appeals.

My background for 37 years as a trial and appellate lawyer and a State judge makes me uniquely qualified to protect the ideals of truth and justice with unwavering vigilance.

Having lived in 6 states and 3 foreign countries in an Air Force family, I gained a broad perspective of different cultures. San Antonio has been my home for over 40 years, where my wife and I were married and raised our son.

My late father served as a USAF fighter pilot and flew 160 missions over Vietnam, and my mother operated her own fine art gallery for years.

As a conservative-minded jurist, my responsibility is to faithfully follow the laws and constitutions of Texas and the U.S.A.
