Closed: November 25th and 27th for Thanksgiving

2026 Candidate Signup hours

2026 Medina County Candidate signup for the following positions, starts on November 8th, 2025 thru December 8th, 2025 (till 6:00 PM deadline): 

County Judge, Judge (County Court-at-Law), District Clerk, County Clerk, County Treasurer, County Surveyor, County Commissioner (2 & 4), Justice of the Peace, County Chair, County Precinct Chairs.

Medina County Republican Chair, Chris Schuchart or our Secretary, Becky Rector can accept the applications and required fees at our office address: 1510 Ave. M, Suite 100, Hondo, TX 78861 during our office hours. 

Our regular office hours are: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00AM to 2:00 PM. 

The MCRP office will be open on Saturday, November 8th from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and on Saturday, December 8th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (filing deadline) to accept applications and required fees.
